Cinderella is a hard rock 'glam' band that formed in Pennsylvania in the mid 1980s. They were discovered playing in a bar by then famous rock star Jon Bon Jovi. They were signed to Mercury Records in 1985.
Their debut album, Night Songs (1986), was one of their best albums, including the hits "Shake Me", "Nobody's Fool", and "Somebody Save Me".
The second album, Long Cold Winter (1988), did even better, with the hits "Don't Know What You Got (Till It's Gone)" and "Gypsy Road".
The third album, Heartbreak Station (1990), had more blues style songs, including the title track and "Shelter Me".
